Kia Ora Backpackers Lodge - Kruger National Park Tours

Day 1-4

Day1 Depart from Johannesburg/Pretoria & Nelspruit. We enter the KrugerNational Park at one of the Southernmost entrance gates, from where our "Bundu Experience" begins. We venture out on our first exciting game drive. Returning to camp at sunset, for a hearty dinner around the logfire. Overnight in the Kruger Park. Day 2 An early rise, we start the day with coffee and rusks before venturing out on a morning game drive. Breakfast to be served at one of the picnic sites. Most of the day will be spent game viewing and bird watching, stopping at the various waterholes en route to our next campsite. Returning to camp at sunset, we settle down for a traditional braai (barbeque). Day 3 Up at daybreak, we go on our last game drive in the Kruger National Park, after breakfast we make our way to the Private Game Reserve, part of the Greater Kruger National Park. We head off on a late afternoon/evening Game drive conducted by experienced rangers and trekkers in open 4x4 vehicles. We stop at one of the waterholes for a magnificent African sunset while sipping sundowners. Our game drive continues into the night. Day 4 Up at sunrise for an early morning game walk and our last chance to experience the thrill of tracking big game on foot. After breakfast we leave this magnificent area and make our way to the Blyde River Canyon. We then depart for Johannesburg /Pretoria arriving at approximately 18:00.

2 nights camping in 2 bedded dome tents and 1 Night in a 3 star Lodge, transport in a semi-luxury air-conditioned Mercedes Sprinter bus, Kruger Game drives in a Mercedes Sprinter bus, visit to the Blyde River Canyon, 1 night drive in open 4x4 vehicle, 1 game walk in the private reserve. Breakfast and dinner. Services of a qualified guide.
