The Tour

Easy Rider Tours established in 1995 has refined this comprehensive tour to include the greater part of the winelands viz. Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl. The beautiful scenery and majestic mountains inspire your tastebuds to sample the flavour of over 25 wines. The tour follows the following pattern:

Stage duration:1 Day Tour

First Stop: Delaire

Our first stop is EIKENDAL, a Stellenbosch vineyard with vistas over Franschoek valley. Here we do a cellar tour where the winemaking process is revealed and a brief winetasting method demonstrated. We sample the wines produced by this estate.

Second Stop: BOSCHENDAL,

The second stop: BOSCHENDAL, is on the way to Franschhoek. This farm is renowned for its scenic beauty and delicious white wines. A great opportunity to take the classic pictures and sample these great wines.

Stage duration:1 and a half hours

Third stop: FRANSCHOEK VINYARDS,

Our Third stop is the FRANSCHOEK VINYARDS, for lunch in Franschhoek. Here we eat a simple a la Carte lunch in their farm restaurant. Smoked salmon platter, Bobotie are among the choices. (This might change soon)

Fourth Stop: FAIRVIEW,

Our fourth stop is FAIRVIEW, as we move onwards towards Paarl - en route a taste of delicious goatsmilk cheese and, yes you guessed more wine sampling. This farm has all the ingredients.
